If you haven't started yet, don't panic; we have got you covered with this comprehensive guide. Let's ensure you secure your place in some of the most prestigious law universities.

Smart Subject Allocation:

Given the time constraints, prioritize subjects based on their weightage in the exam. Begin by dedicating 5 days to constitutional law, which covers a substantial 25-30% of the paper. Allocate 3 days each to jurisprudence, Contract, and Company law, aseach of them contributes 10%. Spend 2 days delving into Family law, with a focus onHindu law, another 10% segment. Dedicate 5 days to Criminal Laws, encompassing IPC, Cr.P.C., and the Evidence Act, contributing 5-15% of the paper. Finally, set aside 2 days for International Law, another 10% segment. Keep 5 days for miscellaneous subjects.

Mastering Case Law:

Thoroughly acquaint yourself with landmark judgments from 2017 to 2023, recent 2023 rulings, and the foundational principles of each subject. When studying cases, focus on memorizing key details: the case name and judges, the ratio, laws involved, principles and doctrines applied, overruled judgments, and related landmark or constitutional judgments.

Study Plan Overview:

Begin with foundational subjects, dedicating a total of 25 days. After this, allocate 5 days for memorizing key judgments. The remaining 10 days are crucial for mock tests. Aim to complete at least 20 to 30 mock papers. Remember, you  have only 120 minutes to tackle 120 objective questions, so set a timer during mock tests to mimic the exam conditions.

Prioritize Your Health:

Don't overlook the significance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being during your preparation. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep are essential to enhance your concentration and productivity. In conclusion, success in CLAT 2023 for post-graduation hinges on meticulous planning and dedicated efforts. Stick to your study plan, stay motivated, and have confidence in your abilities. With consistent practice and the right strategy, you can conquer CLAT and secure your spot in a prestigious law university for post-graduation. Best of luck on your CLAT journey!
